I have gone through the video, I can see only those properties that is created by HubSpot. But I cannot find any properties that is created by me or my team in hubspot( like: qualification, your identity, your city, etc..). Actually, I'm using Hubspot free CRM.

Kindly try the " HubSpot CRM: New Contact Added" trigger event where you can pick the Output Property accordingly and the trigger will fetch the response according to the properties you select.
