unable to login to whatsapp business

Are you trying to use the same Whatsapp number which is used for sending notifications over the phone?

You can not use Whatsapp official API number you used in 360dialog in Whatsapp Business App or Regular Whatsapp App.

You need to purchase inbox solution from 360dialog for that.

This number 9742220217 is not being used for any other whatsapp,be it professional or for business.
