Unable to send email with attachment

I am trying to make a workflow where I can schedule email to my customers for next 24 weeks . Email will be send every monday with a different subject, email body and attachment. Question1-Can I do all this in one flow or I have to create multiple flow for each week? Question-2 If I can do in 1 flow can someone here help me with flow? Question2- I am getting error when I am trying to send email with attachment. Attaching some screenshot so that you can have an idea about what I have created , reason for the earro and what changes can be done here.

You can handle the automation in a single workflow with the help of the "Schedule by Pabbly: Days of the week" trigger event which will work on every Monday.
