Unsubscribe Mailchimp contact when Hubspot Lead Status is changed to "Unqualified"

Hi there, we currently have new Hubspot leads being sent to Mailchimp (using Pabbly of course).

What we want to do is automatically unsubscribe a Mailchimp contact if a Lead Status is changed to "Unqualified" inside Hubspot.

Is this possible? If so how do we go about it. Thank you.
