Update column webhook not triggering automatically.

I have a trigger webhook which I already set up and mapped to a particular column on my sheet.

Here's the image:

The problem is that it doesn't trigger the workflow. automatically whenever the column is filled.

I've set it to work on event in my sheet.

I've tried multiple times to make it work. Waited for more than 12 hours, too.

It works when I click send custom data or send all data in the sheet extension. But how to ensure it triggers every time the column is updated on autopilot?

Hello @arsachdeva,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

It appears that the issue is with the column entry in your Google Sheets trigger setup. Please note that you should only enter the column letter (e.g., A, B, C, H, etc.)—not the column name or any other text. This should be the specific column that, when updated, should trigger the workflow.

Additionally, for the Trigger Event, you have two options:
  1. Send on Event – Select this if data is being manually entered into the Google Sheet.
  2. Auto Send on Schedule – Select this if the data is being added via a third-party application (like a form submission or another automation).
Please note: In this case, the workflow may be triggered up to an hour after the data is added.
Make sure the correct column letter and trigger event are selected, and it should work as expected. Let us know if the issue persists.
