Update hubspot lifecycle stage after mailchimp tag is updatet

Hello, i want to update the hubspot lifecycle stage, after mailchimp change the tag in a contact.
For example:
Customer clicks a mail in mailchimp -> mailchimp change the tag to ''1.Step - opens the first mail''.
Then i want to change the same in hubspot (in lifecycle stage) after mailchimp change the tag.
I dont find the trigger-event like: customer tag changed in mailchimp

How can i do it?

We looked into Mailchimp's account for trigger events for customer updates but couldn't find any trigger event that can notify when the customer's tag got changed.

It give no option to make it? can i trigger maybe some data with the webhook or a tracking link in the e-mail button, which is clicked?

I am afraid it doesn't show any option to provide a webhook response.
