Update OR Create AirTable record

On the change of a custom field in Drip I would like it to check for the e-mail in AirTable, if it finds a match then update the record, if it doesn't find a match then create the record.
Is there a way to do Update or Add record in one workflow?

For your use case of adding or updating a record based on its match or presence, you can use the Router action step. By utilizing the Search Record action step, you can implement the same logic to add or update the record accordingly.
