Update Task status on Gsheets & Receive WA OR Email Notification

Hi Team,
Could you help share the YouTube video wherein:

If we update the status of a task in a Google Sheet, it triggers a WhatsApp Message/Email.

So there could be three statuses in a dropdown - Pending, In-Progress, Completed

Whenever the user changes the status using the dropdown in the Google Sheet, a WhatsApp Message or an Email should get triggered
I am unable to find the video.
