Uploading a file to notion
Status: Closed · Asked by Shay Ptl on · 0 views
Hey.
I want to upload a file to the Notion system. I receive the file as a download link.
How do I download the file from the link so that I can upload the file itself to Notion?
Hey @Shay digital services
If you have created a custom field in your Notion Database then you can pass the file URL in that field with the help of "Notion: Create Database Item".

I need to update a field in a table, I put the link there, it doesn't work.

We currently do not support the physical soft file attachment field in the action step for upload, but we do support the attachment field with publicly accessible URL support. So, please select the URL type field for the field in which you are passing the URL.

I did not understand
Please change the field type from your Notion account to URL type to accept the attachment URL.
