- I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
I received an email from Pabbly saying the may KITV3 Integrations need to be migrated to KitV3. The email said that if integrations are not migrated before March 18 they will fail. This is not much notice for me to migrate them.
I have 1 integrations that is triggered by KIT (add tag) and and several more that have later actions in KIT.
I have tried to update and then also recreate these integrations in both the Classic and Beta workflow builders but there appears to be an issue sharing data between KIT and Pabbly, even though Pabbly says that platforms are connected.
Here is an example of the issue setting up a KIT - add new tag TRIGGER in classic. The available tags do not pre-populate in the Tag field, which does happen with KitV3 Legacy. If I manually add the relevant Tag in the field, press the button to recapture the data, and they create the trigger in KIT, nothing happens.
Here is the same example using the new Beta workflow. The platforms are connected but no population of the App Event file and no data is being collected the Response Received.
Please help as I need to get them all working before the deadline.
