I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
When the webhook is received, the Pabbly router action isn't executing; it's been giving an error since today. I can't contact support to fix it, and the workflow is stuck. If no conditions are met, it should execute the router actions, but it doesn't, and the workflow terminates.

Hello there!

We encountered a temporary issue between 1:20 PM and 3:20 PM IST.
Workflows containing multistep actions were affected — those particular steps did not execute properly. On the frontend, it appeared that only the trigger ran and no action was executed, but in reality, all single-response actions executed successfully; they just didn’t reflect on the frontend.

In your case, the router steps were executed in the backend, but they are not visible in the history.
If you wish to re-run the missed actions (those containing multiple steps), you can manually execute the entire workflow.
However, please note that actions without multisteps have already executed successfully, so re-running them might result in duplicate entries or repeated actions.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
