Use custom fields with Zoho Sign

I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

I want to be able to add custom fields on my Zoho Sign template so that it can be sent for signature with pre-populated data from a Google Sheet, but I can't see how to make that work?
