I have created a workflow to first search for an existing folder, then either upload files to it if it exists, or create it then upload the files if it doesn't. I cannot get the router to work when the folder doesn't exist though.

If the folder exists I get multiple lines return in the result. I can then create a path that is if "2. matches 0 match_type .tag : filename_and_content" exists, proceed. The issue I have is if the folder doesn't exist, the only line returned is "Has More: 0". This is also the first line returned when the folder does exist. I have tried setting the failure path to "2. matches 0 match_type .tag : filename_and_content" does not exist, but the workflow never takes that path. When I test it, it is successful, but when it runs it doesn't go there.

How should I setup the router for when the folder is not found?

Hi @John Donaldson,

Both your Router conditions are correctly setup. You seem to have made some changes to your workflow after the task, because of which we are unabe to determine the exact cause of your issue.

Please make another submission in Airtable, for a folder that doesn't exist in your Dropbox account. If Route 2 No doesn't execute, do let us know without making any changes in the workflow.

We’ve just made a minor change and are now checking whether the folder name exists or not. Please test your workflow now.
