why is my payload “scheduled” for release and not going in real time?

I do not have an upgraded plan yet ( I guess), but I have set up a workflow which receives a post from gohighlevel and then posts it into another person’s zapper account. That all seems to be working well. However, I note that the payload is “scheduled” for posting and it actually waits a long period of time before it successfully posts. I need this easy payload to post in realtime time. Do I need to upgrade to get realtime posting?
