Using Typeform a Second Time and Updating fields in GoHighLevel

Hello,

I am trying to get Typeform to update the contact record after a second Typeform is submitted. As it is now, if a cllient fills out the Typeform again, it does not trigger the automation to send out the email that is part of the automation. The current Typeform is score based, and I want my client to be able to take it again after a period of time to see if their score has changed.
Also, I woud ike the fields in the contact record to be updated.
is this possible?

Hey @Skolly

You can utilize the "Create Or Update a Contact" action step, which will create the contact if it does not exist and update it if the contact already exists.
