Vbout / Pabbly / Typeform or Questionscout help

I'm trying to get a completed Typeform or Questionscout form uploaded immediately to Vbout, but it's not able to find the fields.

I've created a custom list for this. (I was able to do this in Hubspot pretty effortlessly, but struggling with this)

Anybody have any tips?
