Vbout to Google Sheet

Hello,

I created a form in Vbout. Pretty simple nothing fancy. I would like for submissions to also post to a Google Sheet. I've enclosed a screen show how the form looks and then how it shows up in Pabbly Connect. The Name (Contact Id) and Company (Profile url?) fields do not populate on Pabbly Connect and then to the Google Sheet.

Please do share the name of the workflow and the task history Id in which you are facing such trouble.
