[VIDEO] Reply.io Sequence Remains Inactive If People Are Added To It
Status: Closed · Asked by Edwin on · 0 views
Hey there,
It seems that an email sequence can only be activated if people are added to it: https://jmp.sh/j3Mlict
If so, then why is the sequence still inactive if I create a person and push this person to a campaign?
Here's what I mean: https://www.loom.com/share/abd80868474145c180d749e033040d1d
Please look at the screenshot from Reply's end: https://jumpshare.com/v/n1bopgDrJ25EpElZhRS5
This can't be true, right?
Otherwise, what's the point of creating the "Send-action" in Pabbly if it can't be sent automatically?

We looked over your concern and test the similar action of Reply.io which is working fine in Pabbly. For your better understanding please check out the stepwise recorded video - https://www.screenpresso.com/=mqXje
Further, we tried to add people manually in Reply.io and it didn't start automatically after adding. For this, you might need to contact their support team.

thx for the 1st video, however, it's the same one I recorded.
Because it means that you still have to toggle the switch manually to make the sequence active.
Now that I think of it, it can be much easier > I'll add myself as the 1st contact of the sequence so that the sequence will be active from the get-go :)
