vTiger connection impossible

Hello everyone,
I'm on the vtiger.com free plan and facing an issue when trying to create a task via Pabbly Connect. I'm consistently getting a "wrong credentials" error from Pabbly, preventing the connection.
I am confident that I am using the correct access key, my email as the username, and the proper URL. As a skilled IT programmer, I've already double-checked these details and I'm not a beginner.
It seems the problem might not be with the credentials themselves, but potentially with API access on the Vtiger free plan.
