WA Cloud API: If a user replies to send a message back, where I can see their messages?

You will have to set up the webhooks for the same. The instruction video for the same will come soon. With Pabbly Connect, you will be able to see the incoming messages and send them to Google Sheets. It won’t be a dedicated Inbox to and fro reply solution. For that, you will need to have a WhatsApp Inbox solution that can take your webhooks and can give you a WhatsApp Web type panel.

When using a specific template to send messages and when using the WebHook --> Google Sheets to receive a message.... How does one know which TEMPLATE message is being responded to?
Suppose:
Template 1 is sending: If you want a demo class, please click on {{1}}
Template 2 is sending: For more information about this course, please pay using link {{1}}
Now, these are two different templates
Both will receive different responses
How Do we understand this from the Google Sheet?
How does one automate the response for a specific template to a specific google sheet?
Or Does WhatsApp Cloud API send the Specific Template related replies back to that specific template... using your Webhook?

Coz We need to send 2 to 3 Followup messages after the customer has replied to Each Specific template message!

We tested at our end and currently, it's not possible to know for which template we have received the reply.
As a workaround, you can try including another link as well so that anyone can contact with us -
This is not a good workaround
Its like shooting in the dark!
We need something better!
