waiting for webhook response

While creating a workflow, I have linked the webhook URL and test is successfully done, but its still in process since 30 minutes. PFA the screenshot.

I am using the webhook URL in Google Sheets.

It worked for the first time. But its still in waiting state when I modified the flow. Also, I need to create one more workflow, where I can update the google sheet cell based on the whatsapp message received.
