Wati sending multiple message message to specific stage in pipedrive

Hello,

i have managed to send whatsapp message to pipedrive deal in specific stage, but it is sending 3 message instead of 1, which is consuming more task in my pabbly account. i tried few times before making it happen, i thought it was because of multiple api i set in pipedrive while integrating, but there is only one api in pipedrive, i deleated the rest. can you guys help,

there is one webhook in pipedrive thats showing 404. but 3 messages are delivering even after it. confused. should i delete it?

i have deleted all the webhook in pipedrive, and if i were to start it all over again what should i do now. i paused the workflow previously because it was sending 3 whatsapp message.
