We keep getting this error "A quick notice about recent task execution"

We keep getting this error "A quick notice about recent task execution" however when we look at our log of executed tasks, everything is working perfectly and nothing shows an error. We get this error at least 1-2x a week and we have hundreds of leads coming in each week. Any idea what this is or why it's happening?

Could you please share the Task History ID mentioned in the error message? It's possible that the task initially encountered an error but was successfully completed during task re-execution.
