As per our policies, its not possible to upgrade a one-time plan.
If you need more tasks, you will be required to get monthly plans or yearly on top of your onetime plans - https://forum.pabbly.com/threads/how-to-add-more-task-in-your-pabbly-connect-account.1946/
You will get tasks assigned from both onetime and monthly plans
