Webflow form to Brevo contact

Hello,
I tried to connect webflow to brevo and it's only giving me errors. I have two multi-select forms (states and trailer types for trucking). But it's not working.. what do I need to change? I bought your highest tier so this would be simple.. but my first task can't be executed. Please advise.

Please confirm that the Update Contact field is set as 'True'.
