Webhook ; How do I execute this?

We have taken services from CAMS. I am facing one issue here. CAMS has asked us a webhook URL which they will integrate in their system. I have shared pabbly webhook URL, that has instant triggers. The data is passed on in two parts. One is instant which is notification and second data is passed on when after 15-20 seconds. I am not able to achieve data in second time. How to solve it?
