Webhook ; How do I execute this?

First workflow gets data from Doduletick via data come to Google Sheet using APBBLY API, but 2nd workflow does not execute when data gets into Google Sheet, so I've shared my workflow, so please guide me.

From your workflow, it appears that there have been continuous changes in the steps. In this regard, I suggest capturing a response from webhook 2 or 3 times to check if it's functioning correctly.
