Thanks in advance for the help!
I encountered the same issue. It's most likely that you're trying to forward a file. In my experience, Pabbly has certain limitations when it comes to file size.
Hi @eriksande,
Could you please confirm whether there are attachments in the email you are trying to forward? If yes, then please state the size of the attachment you are trying to forward.
@ArshilAhmad is there a way to increase the size limit? I have some PDFs I am forwarding but I am using make.com because of the size limit.
Currently, there is no way to increase the attachment size limit that Email Parser can capture.

Hi ... there are no attachments. We've successfully forwarded these exact emails many times to mailhooks in Pabbly. The only difference is that the forwarding ESP in this case is Outlook. New Order email comes into Outlook address ... and is forwarded to Pabbly mailhook address. Very straightforward use case. Thanks for the continued help.
Please allow us some time we are currently looking into it.
Could you kindly clarify whether you are using the desktop version of Outlook or a different version? Furthermore, could you specify the current version of Outlook you are using? Additionally, is there a specific error message indicating why the email is being rejected, and could you provide the content of the email if it's failing for that reason?
Hey all ... problem solved. There was a setting in Microsoft Outlook that disabled email forwarding. Fixed that, and all is working properly. Thanks
Thanks for the update @eriksande

Sure thing ... There is a setting in GoDaddy for Outlook that needs to be adjusted to enable forwarding. Here's a link to the walk-through: https://www.godaddy.com/help/enable-external-email-forwarding-40080
