Webhook not working

Hello everyone, I created a workflow connecting a Gohighlevel form with a webhook to a Google Spreadsheet.
It works perfectly if I manually request the webhook response, but if I fill the form it doesn't populate the Spreadsheet.
The workflow is active and in "Instant" mode, but nothing happens.
What did I miss?

Seems like your webhook URL is not intact in your GHL account. So can you please re-capture the webhook response again from your GHL once and then try again.

Hey @veronica.cinelli

Kindly try opting for both the options of "Send On Event" and "Auto Send on Schedule", if you are getting the data in your Google Sheets from 3rd party application. Also, it will take 1 hour to reach your workflow since the data is coming from 3rd part application to your GS.

Kindly try this at your end and let us know if that helps you out.
