Webhook response for Kartra is doesn't work

I try to follow instructions from this video

but webhook response is doesn't work it's still waiting for response for a while. how can I do ?

Yep It's captured data correctly but when I try to input form in katra It's seem this workflow doesn't work. lead data doesn't auto create a new row in target sheet.

As we have again looked into your workflow, you made some changes and your webhook response is not present on it. To make your automation work you have to capture the webhook response correctly and map the response data to the Google Sheets Add New Row as mentioned in the video tutorial.
