The Team Members page allows users to add and manage team members with different access levels to shared folders. Below are the key points regarding team member permissions and functionalities.
- Team members cannot view the Settings page or the Trash folder.
- Team members cannot delete folders or connections.
- You can share multiple folders with team members.
- You cannot share a specific connection with a team member.
- Team members cannot move connections from one folder to another.
Team Member Access Type
Read Access
- Team members can view all connections inside the folders shared with them.
- Team members can view corresponding data in "Requests," "Events," and "Transformations" for the connections shared with them.
- Team members cannot make any changes to the connections they have access to nor can they create new connections.
Write Access
- Team members can view all connections inside the folders shared with them.
- Team members can view corresponding data in "Requests," "Events," and "Transformations" for the connections shared with them.
- Team members can make changes to all shared connections they have access to, except for deleting or moving them to a different folder.
- Team members can create new connections and transformations.
How to Add a Team Member
- Click the "Add Team Member" button.
- Enter the Pabbly Account Email Address of the team member.
- Select the folders you want to share.
- Choose an Access Type (Read or Write).
- Click "Add" to save the team member.
Filtering & Searching Team Members
- You can search team members by email.
- Use the Filters option to refine results.
Managing Folder Sharing
- Team members appear in the "Team Members" section.
- The "Folders Shared With You" section lists the folders the current user has access to.
