Only polling based triggers are not instant, all webhooks based triggers are instant.
For reduce polling frequency from 24-hours to 10-minutes(lowest possible) you can purchase any monthly, yearly or LTD plan.
And then just email pabbly team to reduce it to 10-minutes.
