I want to send message from google sheet to whatsapp , but i dont wish to subscribe add on services from 360Dialog or chatsapi. Can anyone help. cause this will add on the cost.

To send messages through WhatsApp you need 3rd party APIs since WhatsApp doesn't provide direct integration on any platform. So, in terms to send WhatsApp messages you have to use the paid subscription of any 3rd party API (360Dialog/Chat API/WA API etc).

Pabbly Connect is not an whatsapp API provider, it is an integration SaaS, which works as intermediator between apps to pass data from trigger app to action app.
As per whatsapp rules, it does not give direct API to interact with, so you need to use/buy subscription of third party official or non-official API.
