whatsapp automation using watti , wix forms

Hi my watti is well connected with pabbly connect , when i click on save and send test message i receive message on my whatsapp but when i actually register on forms im unable to get message on my whatsapp

Thanks for the details, as we can see from your workflows' latest history log we can see that the WATI action step is working fine.

However, can you please cross-check from your Wix account whether the webhook URL is correctly been selected and then try recapturing the webhook response again?

Also, please share the form URL from where you are getting the form responses.
