WhatsApp Business API 1 hour delay to deliver template messages

Hi.

Using the Pabbly Connect with WhatsApp API Cloud action, when I send a test with one of my template messages, the message arrives but it is delaied about 1 hour to be delivered on.
Simple Text message is working.
Any issue about this with Meta? How can I solve this?
