Hello I am saving the messages I receive to my whatsapp cloud api,
It turns out that people send audios instead of messages and I get blank messages, is there any way to save those audios?

Please refer to the following screenshot for your above concern.
You can use the Router action step so you can process the text message and voice message in seperete routes.
