Hi,
I have followed the all the instructions to connect Woocommerce to Whatsapp Cloud Api, but after clicking Save and Test messages was not successfully please check the screenshots ,

It appears that you might haven't passed all the field parameters in the action step which is required to be passed.
Kindly pass all the values and try again.

Whatsapp cloud api does not allow to send messages to Whatsapp Groups, so not possible currently.
