WhatsApp Cloud API error message for specific numbers

Hi, When I using WhatsApp cloud API to sent messages, it is giving me the following error , but strangely only on specific numbers only

I checked the input parameters and they are getting parsed correctly. ( have changed he number below intentionally, but real one is a valid number)

Since the problem happens only on specific numbers, I am not sure what is the reason ? Anyone else faced this and has a solution ? - thanks , kabir

As we can see from your error log, it seems like you are not passing the country code along with the users' phone number as mentioned in the help text.

Kindly try again by passing the phone number and let us know how it works for you.
