Whatsapp cloud api related question

I have a Pabbly workflow that uses Whatsapp Cloud API. I am able to send templated messages when the call is missed. However, when the recipient responds back to that templated message, where should I go to view those messages? Can I view those whatsapp messages in Meta business? The phone number is already associated with Meta. If I try activating the same phone number on my phone, it is saying that number is already in use.
