WhatsAPP Cloud integration bottom not working

Dears,

I made the set up identical to the video tutorial, however, the bottom SAVE & SEND TESTE REQUEST (blue one in picture attached below) creates no action. Nothing happens. Could you please help?

You can instead use the "WhatsApp Cloud API" action step to send the messages.
