WhatsApp connection and recieveing messages

Hey!
after reading your advice I connected my WABA with META's Cloud API and now my WABA is connected and it seems to work with Pabbly too.
the problem is that customers are replying and I cannot see the messages since I don't know where to read it
any advise?
