Whatsapp & Jotform integration

Good day
I want to integrate Jotform and WhatsApp and want new form submissions pdf and link sent to WhatsApp. I see there are a few WhatsApp options like cloud and so on. which is the correct one to select to perform this and could you guide me through how to set the trigger and action correctly for this
