Whatsapp Message is not send out

Hello, I have integrated pabbly connect to send an order notification after my customers have ordered via my webshop. I have used the text formatted to separate the +in front of the country code but unfortunately I still don't receive any test requests. Please check as to why that's the case. The Workflow name in my account is Order Confirmation. Country code is +233 for ghana

If the end user did not initiate the conversation with your WhatsApp - you must use a "Send Template Message" action instead. Once, the user started a conversation with your WhatsApp then, only you can use this action step.
