Whatsapp message is not sent automatically through API

I started using API by pabbly. I configured whatsapp API to Google Sheet. When I am testing it the message is sent but after that whenever the new lead is added to the sheet message is not sent automaticaaly. How can I resolve this?

was solved ? because in my case I still couldn't send using the BSP 360dialog
