WhatsApp message not sending through WhatsApp API?

My connection flow is something like this :-
1. I have selected the google sheet.
2. Selected "update" trigger option.
3. After selecting the WhatsApp API, I did authentication with Permanent Token.
4. Linked to google sheet variable in mobile number section
5. Sample Mobile Number is like 911234567890 [countrycode+mobile-number]
But i am not getting the message on whatsapp

Can you please share the workflow URL once in which you are having such an issue so that we can look into it.
