The WP Forms trigger event is a webhook-based trigger event that forwards the data once received by the application. So, the WhatsApp message should be sent to the user automatically on time.
No, it does not sent. Whatsapp message is only sent when I use the same number that was used for testing purpose. The 'required number' mapping does not pickup new number either from wpform trigger or google sheets new record/row. I tested with multiple numbers. In fact google sheets requires to manually type in the records to make the trigger fire. I am currently adding the record in google sheet automatically from wordpress when someone fills in the wpform. Can you please help me on this.

Seems like you have verified your WhatsApp CloudAPI with your test number or not verified the number which you are using Whatsapp to send the messages.

Can I use test number to send whatsapp messages?
I have whatsapp business account already with a number on phone and I have to delete the account on phone to use the same number for sending whatsapp messages.

We would suggest you to use the real and registered phone number to send the WhatsApp Messages.
I already have a whatsapp business account number on my phone, but I am not abe to use it. It requires me to delete the account on phone and then use it.

In terms to use the Cloud API, you would be required to register with the real and registered phone number only.
Kindly authenticate your Cloud API once and then try again.
