WhatsApp template not sent after delay of few days

Hi,
I have made an automation where i after delay of few days a whatsapp message should be sent but it is not being sent. Please check and let me know the reason.

Based on your Task History, the issue appears to be coming from Facebook's end. I found a thread for you here that could help you fix the issue.

Please follow the steps suggested above, and make a new connection with your WhatsApp Cloud API account.

When I try the step by clicking "Send & Save" it worked but otherwise it didn't.
Do I need to add all the details for new connection again or I can add existing connection only?

You have the option to either update an existing connection or create a new one by providing your full account credentials.
