When are tasks count reset?

I do not see my account with the tasks reset. There were supposed to be reset on the 1st of February.

The Task Allotted are at 24000 because I did an upgrade on February 1st. The problem is that the Task Consumed did not reset on February 2nd (we started used Pabbly on January 2nd).

Am I missing something here?
