Could you please provide us with the Workflow URL where you are facing this issue? This will help us investigate the problem more effectively and assist you accordingly.
Also, if the trigger for your workflow is Google Sheets: New or Updated Spreadsheet Row, please confirm whether the "Auto send on schedule" feature is enabled under the Pabbly Connect extension. If it is not enabled, kindly turn it on and add a test entry to ensure the trigger works correctly.
