I paid for 50,000 email verification credits on 15th August.

You've had the money. Where are my credits and explain to me why yet again I have to spend my valuable time chasing you lazy people because your systems are broken

You have 24 hours to deliver the credits to my account or the credit card will be charged back - not delivering something thats been paid for is called theft / fraud.

Resolve this now and confirm that my 50,000 email verification credits have been allocated to my PEV account.

Hello Raymond,

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked from our end, but we are currently unable to find any subscription or purchase for the 50,000 Email Verification credits under the email address from which you have contacted us.

Could you please check and confirm whether the purchase may have been made using another email address associated with you? This is a common occurrence when a purchase is made using a different email address than the one linked to the account.

Once you confirm the email address used for the purchase, we will be in a better position to locate and verify the payment and proceed accordingly. Please also let us know whether you would like us to transfer the purchased credits to your original Pabbly Email Verification account, if the payment was made under a different email address.

We look forward to your confirmation so we can assist you further.
